  .....sometimes it feels like every deal I'm working on right now is like pulling teeth. Open wide....!!   And when it's finally done........       I guess I can give thanks that I'm still busy and doing deals.....however.....

wow!.....the summer season seems to be coming to a close on this very wet 29th day of August.....a week of hard rain on the west coast will do that to ya'.  A changing market has sure made things interesting here......change is part of our business, no?.....I mean yes....... change.... evolution....
