buy: Is it a good time to buy?

The Biggest Question being asked is, Is it a good time to buy? Yes, I know that some of you are concerned about job stability, but rates are at an all time low. Home prices are extremely affordabe. There is an overwhelming number of houses on the Market that are priced below 100 thousand dollard, of course the lower the price there will be some that need work, but that is what is called sweat equity, some may need to be done prior to close, but the majority is just cosmetics that can be done over a period of time. call … (1 comments)
