Are you believing this? More Houses on the Market, If you have ever wanted to buy a home, why would you not. In about 30 -45 days those homes are going to hit the Market, the deals will be unbelievable and there is no reason to rent when you could probably own for the same money per month. Yes, Home ownership comes with some other responsiblilties like taxes and so forth but you own it. Just think with renting you never own it.
