I am sure there are others out there who are pulling the hair out of their heads trying to complete a short sale. The problem seems to start with the process the banks have in order to just submit an offer to purchase. First your have to gather all the owners information, W2's, Tax returns, utility bills, hardship letter. Then contact the bank with a permission letter to speak on the behalf of the owner.
