Yesterday, I received a call from a prospective seller. We set a time for the appointment and he reminded me he was "interviewing other agents". I always want to say, "And your point is?" because every listing I take I promise to do my best, to bring integrity and hard work to whatever the situation is - whether face to face with prospective buyers, information to other agents, marketing, or whatever.
