So how do you, the real estate agent, compete then? A Homes.com webinar hosted by Kenny Klaus shared seven ways agents can compete with iBuyers.

Seller Or Buyer- Who Should Handle Repairs?
Inspection report comes in and state repair is needed- who should handle it? If you answered the buyer and give them a credit for the repair, you gave the best possible choice.
Just think about it: first you're going to have to look for the right contractor, determine how many bids they need, what brand they should use, overrun issues (who pays for it?) and more. Would the buyer like the quality, color and product- or should they even have any input before the work has been started? Is the warranty even transferable to the buyer? … (2 comments)

10 Things To Ask Your Potential Agent Before You List

1. How Long Have You Been in the Real Estate Business?
While experience in the real estate industry counts, that doesn’t necessarily mean you should go right away with the agent with the longest tenure. An agent who may have less years in the business might have closed on more transactions in the amount of time they've been licensed than someone who's been at it for more than a decade.

Why sell your Metro Phoenix home starting this March?

Considered the big kick-off for the Valley’s housing market, this is the time of the year where the number of listings under contract increase by the day, setting up home sales volume for the coming four months. Looking back at 2017's Valley home sales, nearly 40 percent of homes got sold during March, April, May and June.
