This weeks mortgage has hit a 13 year high and is now averaging 5.27%, reported by Freddie Mac.

There are more active buyers than we typically see in January and February. Great news for sellers. It’s no wonder housing prices steadily increase as demand continues to push prices higher and supply remains at a hundred year low.
There’s currently less than one month supply of homes for sale…meaning that if no new homes came on the market, everything would sell out in less than a month.

The June 2020 Fannie Mae’s Home Purchase Sentiment Index has come out and things are looking good with four out of six components it measures increasing from the month prior. Here's a quick rundown of the survey results:
-Now is looking like a really good time to buy a home according to 61% of Americans surveyed, which increased from 52% in May.
