Why Move To Queen Creek, AZ- The New Boomtown In The Valley? Brand-new shopping centers. New housing developments. Nearly 70,000 residents and counting. And with the Top 10 spot in Homes.com's 2021 list of Best US Suburbs To Move To, it's no surprise Queen Creek is one of the fastest-growing cities in Arizona. 
Not bad for a town an hour southeast of Phoenix which, over three decades ago, was just a desert farming community called Rittenhouse primarily known by city folks for Schnepf Farms' peaches and corn.

Considered the big kick-off for the Valley’s housing market, this is the time of the year where the number of listings under contract increase by the day, setting up home sales volume for the coming four months. Looking back at 2017's Valley home sales, nearly 40 percent of homes got sold during March, April, May and June. This after coming off a January that saw Phoenix-area home sales up almost 3 percent from the same month last year.

Why Sell Your Arizona House In Today's Market?The Arizona housing market is now in a very rare time of low inventory of homes for sale and lots of buyers wanting to find their preferred home. The Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) reports December overall sales up by 0.7% including homes, condos and manufactured homes contrasted by active inventory down by 12.6% year over year. It’s official.  Our government is slowly killing the Arizona housing market.
President Obama torpedoed the already distressed home financing industry by announcing the gradual raising of down payments to a minimum of 10% on conventional loans.  He touted a 2009 survey by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis that reported families who placed minimum down on their home purchases were more likely to default.
Really?   2009 is eons ago in housing terms and those figures are probably reflective of the 100% loans offered from 2004 … (1 comments)
