reblogs: Home Infiltration | Postcards Are More Gentle Than A Military Maneuver - 10/16/18 06:27 PM
Throwing spaghetti on a wall to see if it sticks isn't the tactic you'd want to take when marketing your listing. If you want more listings, do as Barbara Todaro does, market like you mean it. Show them who the go-to agent is!

Just as feedback is important to homeowner from the listing agent, so too, is feedback important for the agent and/or marketer from the homeowner. What made you call us?  Where specifically did you see us? Is print marketing more important to you than online marketing?
As the marketing agent, I would need to know all of the answers to … (5 comments)

reblogs: Changing Gears: It's not too late! - 10/08/18 01:36 PM
Many of us here have been doing what we do for many years now. And what we do may be working but sometimes we have to take a look at what we're doing. Do we need to change gears? Good one John Henry
I started riding a Schwinn bike when I was a kid.  It was solid and heavy.  It had a single 'gear'.  You could only go faster if you pedaled harder and more quickly.  After going as fast as possible you could only coast.
In college, I bought a ten-speed Raleigh.  I loved that bike.

reblogs: You’re Unique, You Don’t SAY in your bio - 10/06/18 01:52 PM
In light of Brian England challenge this month, Kenneth's post rings so true. Let your audience get to know what makes you YOU and why you are unique.
You’re Unique, You Don’t SAY in your bio
I can prove you are unique, it’s easy. I do fingerprinting. And while the statistic is that two people in six billion might classify the same; their fingerprints will be unique. There are some practical limitations to classifying fingerprints. So where am I going with this? My whimsical first thought was to have management modify the notes section to allow uploading a fingerprint image. Then, at last, the vast … (11 comments)

A few years ago my niece called in a panic. She'd just enrolled in the graduate program at UH. She wondered if she was crazy and didn't think she could do it.  I asked if this was what she wanted because if she wanted it badly enough she should go for it!
