Thats a giant Meatball! By George! I took my daughter recently out for dinner and we visited her favorite place, George's in Unionville Ct. It is located at the intersection of rt 177 and rt4. The menu has a splendid variety of italian, greek and traditional favorites. My daughters loves the shells and meatball for dinner. I ordered a lamb gyro that night, which was served in a warm pita and accompanied by a thick cup of tzatziki sauce, which is one of my favoirtes. I would reccommend George's Pizza for a visit. This image is of a small oil spill in my neighborhood that my daughter and I found one day while out for a walk. We live in the Lake Garda area in Farmington Ct, where homes are perched on hills overlooking a wonderful lake. There are often cars parked on the street on one of the roads that we walk on, one of them has left this oill spill What beautiful colors and pattern it makes. Once a month, Paula, a Librarian at the Farmington Library, arranges to have her dog, Tucker, come in. He is a wonderful Therapy Dog who is gentle and fun. Children can sign up and read stories to him for a block of 15 minutes. Tucker is trained to lay on his blanket until the book has been read. After the story is over, Tucker performs tricks such as saying "I Love You", rolling over and balancing a treat on his nose until Paula says "ok" where he then flips it off and eats it. Are you Rosie the Riveter of Real Estate? Are you a woman out working your Real Estate business? Taking phone calls, making appointment, showing homes, writing up contracts, educating Buyers and Sellers on the home buying process? Do you then have to come home to a house full of chores or preparations? Dinner for the family? Shuffling kids to activities? What if you work a SECOND job? Gosh how does it all get done? farmington: Gun Left Out During House Showing?

I toured a home with a potential Buyer the other day. As I entered the house, I knocked and called out "Hello I am here for a showing" ( as I usually do). After realizing that the house was empty I opened the door further and stepped inside. The dining room, which was in the next room and in clear view of the front door housed a table with something on it. farmington: Earnest Money Deposit------Where did it go??????

Earnest money deposit through the mail can be tricky. I was recenlty working with Clients who are from out of state. They came up to look at a few houses and ended up submitting a contract on the one they loved. The Seller requested a very large deposit on the home that was to be submitted within one week of the signed contract. The Buyer agreed, and had to send it up via certified mail.
