Short Sales is almost a curse word in our market. I recently attended the 5 Star Conf in Dallas and was real happy to hear what was being said about short sales. The folks from Freddie Mac said they were putting their loans on the fast track. The process should be completed in 30 days??? Now we all know this is not the case but we can hope that speed is in the minds of the banks who hold these loans.
