MAILER DEMON ---> I hate when that happens. But if your typed incorrectly email address is the only way I have to contact you then you are not going to be hearing from me or my staff. Unless of course you ALSO provide a phone number. We LOVE to be able to answer our internet inquires, but when we get that "Mailer Demon" notice that the email does not exist we are out of luck to get in touch with you IF email was the only contact information you provided. In chatting with a friend recently who happens to be a real estate broker I was telling him about the lowest price sale our office had this year. I didn't tell him the contract price, he'll have to wait until it closes. You will too for that matter. But what I will do is show you this pending listing.
Mind you... it needs work, LOTS of work, but bones in the 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home built in 1947 are good. And the list price $11,900.

You could look at the face of this bug and imagine what he is thinking if you could imagine that he could think. Well it's same with an agent looking at a potential buyer. You just can't look at someone and know what they are thinking. You can imagine, but are you right and what if you are wrong?
When you the agent show property... do you always drive your client?? Do you meet them at the property?? Do you let them follow you in their own car??
