Annually on the first Saturday of each June in Putnam County we have a DAIRY FESTIVAL. We celebrate our dairy families, we have a "Dairy Queen" ( and I don't mean the place where you buy ice cream * but we have one of those too), we have a parade, you can get free milk and ice cream. There are crafts of all kinds, there's Bar-be-Que and an assortment of a ton of other street foods. It all happens on the court house lawn and the streets around the court house. In looking through the Showcase of Land and Homes... A publication for the __________ MLS, I noted two ads that I wish to address. For months now buyers around Lake Sinclair have been like this row of turtles, sitting back like a bump on a log watching the fish swim around and waiting for the sun to shine of them. I have to confess I'm not speaking from personal experience here. My idea of "roughing it" includes unlimited hot water at the holiday inn and a mint on my pillow when I head to bed. I'm very spoiled by my tempuredic mattress and camping is NOT my thing. My parents took me a few times when I was a kid and counting bug bites and whining was how I spent a lot of my time.
