I love my cats and I have three of them.  They have the run of the house all the time.  I don't let them get on the table or the counter-top when I'm home, but of course I find the occasional item knocked off the window sill over my sink, so I know they MUST go there when I am sleeping or at the office.
I also have two large dogs.  When I am home they have the run of the house, they also have crates inside for sleeping and a fence outside.

When you made that offer or even when you signed that contract to have the house built it was just that, a house.  Now your family has been coming to Lake Sinclair for years and made so many memories in that house, it's not just a house anymore, it's your home. But the right time has come to sell that home.

Sigh!  You would think in the 6 years since FEMA mapped my county we would have most of the "issues" about it worked out.  That's not the case.  Recently we had buyers walk away because flood insurance was going to cost them an additional $78,000 in payments over the life of their loan. I completely understood.  It was sad for me the costs the buyers had involved in coming to this conclusion.
