Here's an interesting factoid for those of you who don't have the opportunity to regularly explore homes for sale: Some single family dwellings have UPSTAIRS washers and dryers! I was touring a Hayden home in Springfield with my mentor. We walked in, took off our shoes, looked around downstairs, nicely appointed, great job, stagers. I walked up the stairs and linoleum caught my eye. I thought to myself, "That's a weird (and pretty yucky) choice of floor covering. An office maybe?"
