In real estate we utilize different markers to gauge real estate market activity. I like to isolate one or a few factors which simplifies the data. The data does not have to be complicated to be useful.
In Hillsborough County, Florida real estate activity based on real estate properties sold from June 2013 to May 2014 decreased by 1.98% which is useful for home buyers and home sellers. This number is for all home types which includes condominiums, villas, single-family homes, and mobile homes.
