It was nice to see homes being SOLD on average just a little over two months. When you subtract the usual 30 days until closing, homes are really only on the market for about 44 days. Eudora Kansas Real Estate had 7 homes sell this past month with an average price $176,986. This was way down from July which had 15 homes sell with an average price of $147,698.
