charlotte real estate: Do you still feel needed as an agent? - 02/02/12 01:29 AM
What do you think as a buyer? Back in December, our team was interviewed about way buyers are finding their new home.   Realtors try to convince clients they’re still needed, even in the Internet age By Scott Baughman, staff writer   People buy all kinds of things on the Internet. Cars, TVs, computers, clothes and even groceries get sold at various online retailers. But if you’re thinking of buying your house solely on the web, several Charlotte-area Realtors say – not so fast.

Last month our team was featured in The Mecklenburg Times. It was a fun piece, kind of like how we run our business. On the Level: Lisa Ludlow Archer, broker for Keller Williams Team Ludlow Some people use Facebook to write about what they ate for lunch or other mundane details. charlotte real estate: Whoa, that is a lot of loan changes - 09/28/11 03:16 AM
Have you heard about all the upcoming changes to the lending world? People are asking us everyday about this change or that new regulation so why not hear it from the expert. Thank you to Johnatan Romero with New American Mortgage for shedding some light on these questions.

With several major changes occurring to FHA and USDA on October 1st,  I’d like to focus on another great loan program with a low down payment and NO PMI!   Fannie Mae's HomePath program is available to purchase qualified foreclosed homes (owned by Fannie Mae) with expanded conventional guidelines, competitive mortgage rates,  and often times … (3 comments)

charlotte real estate: Who asked for RAIN in Charlotte, cause here it comes? - 10/06/10 08:55 AM
I received the best phone call this afternoon from Cassandra Moselle. She was calling me to share the fabulous news:
Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas, get ready to be in the RAIN OCTOBER 28

This is what we will all be saying after Raincamp Charlotte
Can you see what the sign says? If not, it says, "Will you look back on life and say, "I wish I had" or  "I'm glad I did"? I for one will be chanting the latter. Somehow even in this crazy real estate market that most of us find ourselves in I still have the … (0 comments)

charlotte real estate: Seriously, way to treat your frequent flyer... - 09/16/10 04:05 PM
As I originally wrote this blog I was somewhere over Georgia on my way to Texas for the Keller Williams Mega Camp. I made my travel arrangements through Orbitz which is usually a very positive experience but today has been a little lacking.
I was at the counter before My flight left Charlotte talking to the attendant about my seat. I had selected seat 10c for the short 55 minute flight to Atlanta. I then selected 12b for the next leg that was a little under 2 hours. When I checked in at the Delta kiosk I was presented with a ticket of seat … (4 comments)

charlotte real estate: Do you use Evernote? - 08/31/10 03:00 PM
I was surprised and blessed a couple of weeks back with an Ipad from my incredible husband. As a Mother of 3 and full time agent, I spend most of my time on the road. I had a laptop but the card we used doesn't work really well in the rural areas where I spend most of my time. The Ipad has become my second best friend. The only thing I wish was that I knew how to use it to the best of its ability.
Evernote as seen on my iPad I have stumbled on several bogs and emails from … (7 comments)

charlotte real estate: I need new business cards - 07/31/10 02:49 PM
It is kind of ironic that my friends at 210 Consulting are doing a contest with the prize of Free Business Cards. I have been playing around with making a new business card for almost 2 weeks now. I sent a copy of what I wanted to use to my best buddy David Patterson told me that I needed to go back to the drawing board and make sure it had my picture somewhere on it. I now have the card 90% complete so free cards would be fabulous.
Ok, so now onto what I am actually supposed to be blogging about. Do I love or … (7 comments)
