This past weekend I was out with a buyer who has been preapproved up to $350,000. Our real estate team set them up a search last week and they narrowed the over 150 homes to a list of 7. Some were not in the right area, some were to small, some had vinyl siding and some were just not their style. I am most happy when a buyer takes homes off of their list because that makes it easier for me to determine what they find most important in their next home.

Have you heard? Next weekend is going to be Tax Free weekend in North Carolina. According to the NC Department of Revenue there are some exclusions that consumers should be aware of. It is kind of ironic that my friends at 210 Consulting are doing a contest with the prize of Free Business Cards. I have been playing around with making a new business card for almost 2 weeks now. Today was a special day for me. I love taking out buyers to find the perfect home. I am ecstatic when a seller gets to close on their home. I love it when I get a call from a fellow agent with a referral. It is a special day when I get a call from a past client telling me that they are having a baby and they need to sell to be able to afford a bigger house for their growing family. I made my 5 year old daughter a promise this morning that so far I have been able to keep. I can tell you another thing, this school year has snuck up and started on your Union county, NCreal estate agent. Yesterday I was running around making sure that my Kindergarten-er had everything to start school because she started TODAY!

Almost 3 years ago our real estate team started showing clients homes that were being built in the brand new community Fieldstone Farm in Indian Trail, NC. At that time the sales agents were promisin that a Resident's Club with full ammenities would be built during the summer. The buyers were all so excited about the pending clubhouse and all the ammenities that were going to be there too.

Really, carpets so clean you could even eat or sleep on them is the result that your Monroe real estate team gets when our clients use RIC Residential and Industrial Cleaning Company. This week we had a seller who had a need for some carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning.
