I was out with a buyer a couple of weeks back and all of a sudden they started screaming. They had already toured the bottom floor of the home and decided that there was just too much work to do given the price so this home was not even a consideration for them. Instead of leaving at that point, they chose to run upstairs and make sure that there was not something fabulous that they were missing out on. This past weekend I was out with a buyer who has been preapproved up to $350,000. Our real estate team set them up a search last week and they narrowed the over 150 homes to a list of 7. Some were not in the right area, some were to small, some had vinyl siding and some were just not their style. I am most happy when a buyer takes homes off of their list because that makes it easier for me to determine what they find most important in their next home.

Your Waxhaw real estate team put a new listing on the market 2 days ago. The head of our team went over and did the preliminary work: got the keys, put out the sign, lockbox, and inspected the house for anything that we need to do since it had a tenant in it.
