The number of real estate closings increased 3.4% to 3258 compared to 3151 last year. Inventory levels are slightly lower with 10,407 homes available now compared to 10,434 last year. So Nashville real estate is still in a seller's market with an absorption rate of less than 4 months for homes.

I Found This House on Zillow Why Can't I Buy It - I get one of these every week, someone is searching throught zillow, they find a Nashville home at a great price, and then they find out it's already sold. Sometimes it's been sold for months, but the data on Zillow hasn't been updated.

In other words, don't cut corners when performing repairs that you agreed to do. I usually am asked who to recommend because some of these repairs are very specialized and most people do not know electricians and plumbers. It's worth the extra money to get it done by a professional.
At least that's what most of us think.

A lot of movement is going on the Nashville homes market, and I've been hearing this same thing for several years now. Nobody wants a master bedroom on the second floor anymore, and I really mean nobody.

At first glance, this seems odd, but real estate includes Nashville condos (up 30%), land and lots (up 51%), and multi-family homes (up 48%).
