No this is not a green thing, I'm talking about my personal energy. I'm finding out that as I get older and hopefully wiser, that I'm getting more done with less energy. I used to spend every morning and some evenings writing blog posts, facebook entries, tweets, posting pictures on Pinterest, and sending out e-mails. Now I review my schedule, answer the emails that need attention and delete the rest. I rarely write 2 posts a week, and I sometimes go for days without opening facebook. I've probably cut 2 hours a day of face to face with my computer. That

Our team has some buyers who just don't really understand what it means to be in a sellers market. We have one buyer who was planning to make an offer on a foreclosure property that is a great investment. Yes it needs a little love like most foreclosures, but it's surrounded by homes that are at least double the price of the home, and the location is without questions one of the best in Nashville. Why do I need a realtor to buy a new home? - Here is an example of why the answer is yes. I have a home listed that has a few problems. The home is only a few years old, it's 4 sides brick with a covered porch, nice kitchen, hardwood floors, screened porch, great master bedroom and bath. Ok, so now you say, whats the problem.
