Yesterday I was scanning through new listings in Spring Hill, and I came across a home that I had sold 8 years ago. The owners had the house built to their specifications, and I told them at the time that they were exceeding the limits of what a buyer would normally expect to see in that neighborhood. Some people just don't have the personality to watch the process and believe that it will turn out like the pictures.
