Movie and a Football Game. Elkhart, Indiana - The Lerner Theater Recently remodeled and is offering Free General Admission September 7, 2013. In 1924 the Lerner Theater opened with a variety of performances including Vaudeville. In 1940 the Theater was renamed the ELCO Theater until 1987 when the owner passed away. In 1990 the Theater was purchased by Elkhart City, and recently had a multi-million-dollar renovation and recently re-opened as the Lerner, again having a variety of theatrical performances. My GPS is WRONG and I'm Late!!! Time is one of the most important factors in the Real Estate Industry. Most everything you do was an appointment, Now is the time to be aware. Heed the following message........
You may notice all of the DETOURS EVERYWHERE! This is the time of year that the States, Counties and Cities prepare for WINTER! They are busily patching, repairing and replacing roads and bridges, not to mention putting new striping on the roads.
Everywhere there are Warning signs telling us to chose another route of travel to out destinations.

How Valuable is a Real Estate Agent? Here is a comparison of a Real Estate Agent Selling a Home, A Hospital doing a Transplant and a FSBO selling his home. 1. Real Estate Agent establishes the cost of a home with a CMA. Hospital does a cost analysis to find out how much it will cost for the operation. FSBO finds out what he owes on the home and adds a little on for profit.

SHERIFF"S DEPARTMENT....Stay where you are! Some things just force you to do other things. Here's our story! My wife and I are both Real Estate Agents. We have a system where I will go with her if there may be a question about safety to her. She had a home for sale in a sort of secluded area. From the main road, you have to go down a shared gravel road past 2 houses and across a field to the home that was for sale. I Love Real Estate in Elkhart, Indiana I started out in Real Estate in the spring of 2009. It was after that, when we found out that Elkhart had the highest unemployment in the country at about 19%. It seemed to be a struggle just to find a buyer, but every other house on the block was being foreclosed on. Unless you were a short sales specialist, there was little to work with in the area. MUSICAL AGENTS IS NOT MUSIC TO MY EARS. The last thing a Real Estate Agent wants to happen is to spend the time and effort marketing themselves to a potential client, winning the trust of that client in getting the listing or becoming the Buyers agent, only to lose them to another Agent. It is the client's choice in this Industry to choose the Real Estate Company and Agent to represent them. WE ALL GREW UP WITH THE NOTION THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. When I started out in Elkhart as a Real Estate Agent. REALTOR (R) I had clients refer to me as there "Realitor". It was like fingernails on a chalkboard, because when I was in Real Estate School, it was driven into our heads that there is no "I" in REALTOR(R). I would correct them. Now I just ignore it.
