One of the biggest mistakes that Buyers make, when buying a home, is not getting a Home Warranty. Sure, it may cost them upfront, but they will thank you, as their Real Estate Agent, when it comes to their rescue. They are making the most important and biggest investment of their lives. While growing up, every year, as a child, we always colored eggs and waited for the Easter Bunny to come during the night to hide the eggs, so we could find them Easter morning, collecting them in our Easter Basket. After reading some of the comments, it seems to be overwhelming, that Ricky's has the best and the "Biggest" Burritos around and people drive from great distances to eat there. Elkhart has several Mexican restaurants, but Ricky's keeps getting those rave reviews. This is one of those places that is considered a gem in the rough. Many cities have recently started allowing their residents to have a certain amount of Chicken within the city limits. It is illegal to rise chickens in the City of Elkhart, but the City of Goshen was faced with the same question. Should residents of the city be allowed to raise chickens within the city limits? The Goshen City Council voted today on the Ordinance to Not allow Chickens within the city limits.
