"The Gathering Place"......it all belonged to my Great Grandpa! We all hold dear, the possessions that were handed down over the years from one generation to another. The rocking chair that my grandmother sat in, while rocking me to sleep. The spittoon my grandfather spit his chewing tobacco in. Magazines, dishes, and other furniture and items reminds us of our childhood memories we don't want to get rid of.

What do you do when a buyer won't listen to you? Many times a seller calls me and wants to sell their home. That's an easy choice, you say yes, and you proceed. All the paperwork is written and the house goes on the market according to the CMA that was done prior to the listing. Now a buyer shows up and wants to buy the house or another house, so you say sure, I will show you a home. (After they are pre-approved). Those were the easy parts that we deal with daily.
