Home of the Jumbo Jelly Beans! The Wakarusa Dime Store was established in 1907 in downtown Wakarusa, Indiana. In 1969 they introduced the Jumbo Jelly Beans and now sells 75 Tons annually. Store Hours Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm Sunday, 11 am to 4 pm

The Wakarusa Dime Store, "Home of the World Famous Jumbo Jelly Beans" Established in 1907 as a Department store, in the little community of Wakarusa, it soon turned into a variety store. Located in western Elkhart County the store introduced the Jumbo Jelly Bean in 1969 and since has become World Famous now selling over 75 Tons annually. Hours Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm (Hours subject to change without notice)

Wakarusa, Indiana, Home of the Jumbo Jelly Bean. The small own of Wakarusa, Indiana is located just south of Elkhart, off of State Road 19 and north of Nappanee, Indiana. Wakarusa is well know for the Walkarusa Dime Store, which makes their own candy, including the Giant Jelly Beans, which they add new flavors every year.
