You may have read in my previous posts about Washington Estates, a custom home community of only five lots...if not, you can read them here and here . I am pleased to announce that the first estate is now complete! Yesterday, I visited a custom home community I am marketing in Lake Mary, Florida...Washington Estates. This community, which is very exclusive with only FIVE estates, has only one street...simply named Rolex Point.
