vancouver: Economic & Real Estate History is Being Made - 09/26/08 07:33 PM

Is the economy of the US about to collapse due to the real estate crisis? These are scary times as I watch not just as a Realtor but as Canadian will the US bailout happen? How will the bailout affect the US economy and real estate? How will it affect Canada and real estate here?

vancouver: Why Not Inspect? - 08/05/08 06:41 AM
Check out jamesdobney.com for more information on home inspections in Metro Vancouver. There are many inspectors to choose from however James Dobney's staff may be amongst the best. In fact they just inspected my Grandmother's house prior to being listed in order to avoid any surprises that may come up in a later inspection.

vancouver: Dead Serious ABout Buying - 08/02/08 06:28 PM
Some people wrongly believe that there is no binding contract unless a deposit is paid when an offer is made. This is untrue. The three main requirements for a contract are offer, acceptance, and consideration. vancouver: Local Mortgage Crisis - 07/31/08 07:04 AM

vancouver: My First Real Estate Video Blog - 07/30/08 05:41 AM

This is my first video blog. Nothing earth shattering or controversial (yet), simply an acknowledgment and introduction. I am optimistic as time goes on I will become less rigid and tense, for my sake as much as yours. I will be posting new vlogs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Ubertor.com has been instrumental in encouraging me and other Realtors to expand our horizons relating to the use of the internet for promotion. Even if you use another company for your website services, it is well worth checking out their blog.

vancouver: It is a good time to sell... - 07/24/08 06:42 AM
Now I am not becoming the choir boy of any Real Estate Board or Association, however I do believe it is a good time to sell your home. The media is having a field day with what should be described as at best a levelling of the market. These stories have lead to water cooler and dinner table conversations about the ‘downfall’ of the real estate market. Sure some of the numbers are lower than a year ago. The current numbers are being compared to record settings numbers of the past few years. Lower numbers were inevitable; it would be absurd … (0 comments)
