I always tell my buyers I will try to get them a good deal. However, it is getting difficult with the bank repos that are coming on the market here in Las Vegas. New bank repos show up on the MLS every day. The banks are pricing them low to sell quickly. I am finding that the good ones are getting multiple offers. The days of lowballing is over. I went this morning to view this one bedroom unit and to take pictures for my clients. I was really impressed. The unit is fantastic with such wonderful ammenities,,,kitchen with full size appliances, living room with queen size sofa bed, plasma tv, plenty of cabinet space, 2 bathrooms-one master bath and one with a shower,sink, toilet. If you are an investor looking for cash flow, you should be thinking about buying real estate here in Las Vegas. There are such fantastic homes out there, priced under $225,000. They would make great rentals. There are wonderful neighborhoods where the prices have really dropped.

Now may be the time to start considering a purchase here in Las Vegas. Prices have come down and there are many great deals available for you.
If you are thinking of investments, bank repos are the best for you right now. Most are in great shape and are priced really well. Put down 20-30% and then rent them out- rent will cover the mortgage. Wait 3-5 years and you should be okay.
There was an article in the NY Times about retirees and saying now is the time to start considering a purchase.

I received a phone call this afternoon about one of my ads on Craigslist. It was a ad about a bank repo. We had a nice talk and we made up to meet at the house. When the buyers came, they mentioned something I had written on my blog. I had put my blog on my website-a suggestion I got from reading another blog here.

As I keep saying, now is the time to buy real estate here in Las Vegas.
This is a great buying opportunity. Prices have come down to where it is now becoming a good investment. There are many great bank repos in good areas that are priced $100,000 or more below last year's prices. Buy now and waut 3-5 years and you should be sitting pretty.
 There are many nice homes under $250,000 for sale. These would make wonderful places to live in or would make great rental investments.

I saw this article today in the Wall Street Journal.
Las Vegas has some great deals on real estate properties. Prices have come down quite a lot. There are some good investments on bank owned homes. They are priced low and most of them are in good shape.
Buy now and wait 3-5 years for some good returns, according to the real estate reports.
High rise condos on the Las Vegas strip are priced really good right now. They would make a great vacation home for you and your friends.
