There was an article in today's paper about the new Trump International Hotel and Tower here in Las Vegas. In it, Donald Trump says that he is confident of his building's success in the future. He says that although only 20% of the units have closed escrow, he is not worried. He says the banks have become tougher on the buyer's ability to get financing.
He is not worried about Las Vegas's future. He says it will be just fine.
