Las Vegas has many new incoming residents and many people relocating to the valley are generally looking for rental homes or apartments before making the decision to buy.
Many people decide on apartments rather than the alternative:   renting a Las Vegas condominium.  Apartments have lower move in costs & no or very little application fees.  It’s just easier!
Renting a Las Vegas condominium or home is a little more difficult – requiring more work by renter and comes with with higher move in costs & application fees.  The savings by renting a privately owned condominium will be in the monthly rent.
