To those of you thinking of selling.....Now is the time. Uncle Sam is offering a tax credit for purchasing a new home.....has to be before a certain date in order to get it. With the delays in getting paperwork done, titles cleared, and appraisals done, you owe it to yourself to not delay any longer. How does this benefit a seller???? You need a buyer for your home...If you put it on the market now, it is quite possible it will be under contract before the homebuyer credit is off the table.
