il: Where is Spring?

I was dismayed to once again wake up to a gray and dreary day. I am up and at the Y every morning by about 5:15 and one of the things I look forward to are seeing the sun rising over the river on my way home. This wretched weather has robbed me of this these last few days, or should I say weeks? I know that when taking clients out and about, it seems the enthusiasm level is off somewhat and I have to continually remind them to imagine the home with green grass and sunshine and that the sun (0 comments)

Anyone who tells you that the market is coming to a halt needs to take a walk in my weary shoes! The truth of it all to remember is that all real estate is local and most of the news reports are national. The truth is that homes that are priced right are still selling, and there are still many buyers out there looking to take advantage of the low interest rates while they are still available. There is truth to the issues with our economy, but again, each market is unique. On other issues than real estate, will spring ever (5 comments)
