Whatcha Lookin At? Take Advantage of Active Rain University. Actively being on Active Rain lately and reading many BLOGS I noticed who has costumed BLOGs and who doesn't. I really liked all the custom BLOGS and so... wanted to have one myself. I will be the first to admit that I am technology challenged.
