I have a big problem with Veriozn wireless. I have been a customer since before they were Verizon wireless back in the days of Bell Atlantic. Their customer service horribleThe agents argue with you instead fixing the problem.I cannot hear you now and have been telling you for years. I live within 1 mile of 3 towers and get either good signal or no signal.My calls drop all the timeThey come up with new promotions and promise if the promo changes for the better you are autiomatically upgraded.So 14 months into my 2 year contract the promo changed.
