Home Prices Show Solid Improvement Across County Howard County enjoyed a solid price increase across most of the region in June, with a marked increase in the number of homes sold (up 35% over last year). Overall, the county saw median prices move upward 8.2% from last month, and 5.5% for the year.
Days on market have remained at their lowest level in over two years, with the county-wide average number of days to market a home, from listing to contract, dropping to 49 days.
