I'm not sure how many restaurants, in just my town, serve hamburgers but I would imagine most do... even if it's only available on the kids menu. Pretty much any fry cook should be able to get one on a plate.  A burger is a burger... sure you can mess it up with poor meat or under cooking or burn...
