Average sales price in February was $554,569 for previously owned homes 246 homes sold wish is up 9.3% from last year at this time Days on market is 61 which is down 38.4% Sellers are receiving an average of 102.5% to list price 394 previously owned homes were listed in February Feburary experienced .5 months of inventory I feel like a broken record- we are experiencing low inventory with a large influx of people moving to the area.
