Where to eat in Cartlin Bay on Lake CDA On a recent boat adventure with some girlfriends we stumbled across this small food truck at Carlin Bay called Latitudes. Carlin Bay is located in Harrison, East of Rockford Bay on Lake Coeur d' Alene. You can pull your boat right up to the dock, grab a bite and be back on the lake in no time or you can relax and hangout.
