closing gifts: Which closing gifts work best to keep you top of mind?

To celebrate the purchase of my first condo four years ago, my agent gave me a $50 gift certificate to a local tea shop and a plant for my closing gift. I appreciated the gifts because my agent listened to me and my interests and purchased accordingly (she knew how much I love tea). It was very thoughtful and left me feeling happy and positive about her. I water the plant and see it every day and it reminds me of my agent.
