Documented Proof with your Sellers Disclosures – There is a fair expectation on the part of sellers and buyers that a seller will do their best to disclose the facts about their home that might affect their property’s value. But, disclosing these facts – such as a repaired leaky roof or updated wiring - won’t help you if the issue comes up later and you can’t prove that you had that the work done because you don’t have any documentation to prove it!
