Are you buying a home? Buyers understand all the details before signing. Understand what happens after your contingencies period to buying the home is over. Understand your home inspection report and how to ask for repairs. Every detail is important, stay connected to it.

Investment property is becoming more desirable, when multiple offers come in daily, this may impugn a realtor not presenting your offer. When a property is commanding multiple offers, a rouge agent may risk their license just because they will wait until the offer comes in that’s most beneficial to the realtor “not” seller.
If a real estate agent is not presenting your offer to his client, or waits till the offer the “agent” want’s is accepted, this is not this allowed and isn’t tolerated.

There is no doubt allowing a client unsupervised access to properties is not allowed and against policy. There are many reasons why this policy is authorized, there are too many things that can go wrong granting access to a property without supervision of you or an assistant is allowed.

Publishing real estate information has paramount responsibility; Let's make sure companies aren't allowed to publish information irresponsibly.
Nobody questions; "there is a lot of money in real estate real estate". Nobody questions companies which have a license to publish real estate information needs to be responsible.
Having a licensed as an entertainment business needs to be for entertainment purposes, not real estate. Publishing real estate information, claiming to allow equal free open robust discussions, but doesn’t, needs attention, intentionally deceiving others is wrong.

Afraid to move, your muscles tense up and your heart pounds. This uncontrollable reaction is a natural shield of protection. The Sensory Cortex in your brain works protecting you, processing the event informing you what to do next. Identifying “the noise in the kitchen” is survival instinct. There is no question “timing” makes a difference. How many times have you heard someone say “timing can make or break you”. Anyone waiting for the housing market to drop further is hurting themselves by waiting too long; get the facts about today’s real estate housing market in your area.

Is fear tricking you; ignorance isn’t a good reason to have bad behavior; awareness will help fight any thoughtless or misguided fears.
Fear is a natural instinct; it's the way to protect ourselves from harm. Unwarranted fear is initiated by disconnect or difference of an opinion. Fear can be camouflaged tricking a person into destructive behavior. If your perspective of fear is warped, fear will get in the way of a good life.

What happens when combining audacity with absurdity? People “thinking” it’s cool labeling others; in reality they are just really insecure. It’s so puerile for others to be so officious “thinking” they're such the doyen.
Educate yourself and understand why people choose to belittle another person; recognize the cynical person manipulating unwarranted belittling or labeling of others.
