real estate bolgging: First lead by example. - 01/04/12 07:02 PM
Principles of leadership and self-betterment-The purpose knowing yourself, you have to understand you, know you, & self-control. Self-betterment means building up your attributes. Direct result comes through formal training, reflection, self-control, and respectful interaction with people.

Leading by talent- “leading by example” is successful leadership. Become aware of all of your actions, accepting responsibility and taking responsibility for your actions matters. Set standards as role models, use strong values when making decisions. Complaining and pointing fingers hinders great leaders, problem solving instead of complaining will exhibit greatness. Leadership involves knowing the people you intend leading, understand what's important to the … (3 comments)

real estate bolgging: Losing perspective? - 01/04/12 01:34 PM
Ever need inspiring, just listen to some testimony by veterans who survived being a prisoner of war. Down feeling you have challenges in your life, if you're reaction is to feel sorry for yourself, I’m sure you have company.  Do you find yourself blowing things out of perspective, you're not alone. In spite of everything; you may want to adjust your attitude, others not thinking right, is not an excuse.

Throughout the world billions of people truly struggle just to hold on to life. Imagine a life with no freedoms, and little hope to survive. Imagine what true unbearable moments … (3 comments)

real estate bolgging: Do you copy? - 01/04/12 08:28 AM

If you think about “success” ask yourself where it comes from?
Customize a “one year plan” that's right for you.
Call a time out, “a real time out” one that’s for you, where no distractions can bother you, justly see what’s important for you in this coming year. Put the brakes on to make a list, a map of you, really understand things you want to accomplish in the next three months, and then contrive what success is, implementing it to your “one year plan”.
It's always a good idea to consider what are essential traits you deem necessary … (2 comments)

real estate bolgging: Buyers, stay connected. - 01/04/12 05:07 AM
Stay connected to your deal; not understanding what you signed is no excuse.

Are you buying a home? Buyers understand all the details before signing. Understand what happens after your contingencies period to buying the home is over. Understand your home inspection report and how to ask for repairs. Every detail is important, stay connected to it.
Did you know the onus after you signis on you?  Your realtor should and needs to go over thoroughly all the documentation pertaining to owning your home; you need to understand what you’re signing.
It’s critical the buyer understands everything they sign before … (2 comments)

real estate bolgging: Interest rates/Control? - 01/03/12 11:44 AM
Interest rates/Control?

The Controlling factors.

Released by Washington (AP) - It looks like the feds will start updating the public four times a year.
Purportedly the feds will include this forecast after its January 24 25th meeting which reports the central banks economic projections. This definitely shows good faith and as the feds tries to ease investors/ consumers with a stronger economy and the better housing market .Consider it a kind of stimulus”  the effect might be a determining factor of long-term yields staying low or head further south; as long-term yields are at all-time low.
This may be … (0 comments)

real estate bolgging: All offers need to be presented. - 01/03/12 05:43 AM
Investment property is becoming more desirable, when multiple offers come in daily, this may impugn a realtor not presenting your offer. When a property is commanding multiple offers, a rouge agent may risk their license just because they will wait until the offer comes in that’s most beneficial to the realtor “not” seller.
If a real estate agent is not presenting your offer to his client, or waits till the offer the “agent” want’s is accepted, this is not this allowed and isn’t tolerated.
There's no question; it's 100% illegal not presenting offers, in some cases the agent may face criminal … (0 comments)

real estate bolgging: Modus operandi unsupervised entrance to your listing - 01/03/12 04:07 AM
Modus operandi unsupervised entrance to your listing.

"What's the best solution or best course of action when other agents allow clients unsupervised access to a property of yours?"
There is no doubt allowing a client unsupervised access to properties is not allowed and against policy. There are many reasons why this policy is authorized, there are too many things that can go wrong granting access to a property without supervision of you or an assistant is allowed.
Don’t forget; we the realtors are not the police. It’s best to never forget your role in a situation; acting like the police, … (0 comments)

real estate bolgging: Be Smart, don't hide. - 12/30/11 05:46 AM

Marketing successful for you, it’s time to have a customer accusition strategy for the future. People are interconnected more than ever today. Let's face it if you want to grow you have to advertise , there’s no surprise big retailers are tapping into social connections to drive new business, just like big retailers spend big money advertising, marketing their name.
Consider you; “The Realtor” is no different than a big retailer, if you are not spending money branding yourself you are not growing. Take a look and see how much money you're investing in business. If you're not already branding … (3 comments)

real estate bolgging: This is not the best place. - 12/29/11 09:26 AM

Calling all realtors calling all realtors, did you know we speak alike? Did you know we are masters of word manipulation, and our interpretation of the English is usually quite different than others?
Of course you don't know; “it's simply not true”.
It's apparent anyone generalizing in such a disparaging fashion is behaving deplorably. Trying to be funny at stand-up night is probably the appropriate place, trying your comedic act through a real estate platform, at the expense of realtors isn't the best plan.
Let’s hope he was going for being funny.

real estate bolgging: A huge challenge. - 12/29/11 08:18 AM
Publishing information any way it chooses?

Publishing real estate information has paramount responsibility; Let's make sure companies aren't allowed to publish information irresponsibly.
Nobody questions; "there is a lot of money in real estate real estate". Nobody questions companies which have a license to publish real estate information needs to be responsible.
Having a licensed as an entertainment business needs to be for entertainment purposes, not real estate. Publishing real estate information, claiming to allow equal free open robust discussions, but doesn’t, needs attention, intentionally deceiving others is wrong.
A company built on doing as they please without consideration of others … (1 comments)

real estate bolgging: Interest Rates; Vital - 12/29/11 05:32 AM

It's clear interest rates are important to people; there's a reason people want to know what's the circumstances with interest rates.
Homebuyers & Investors understand the severity of interest rates; it's the question I’m ask the most!
Government realizes the missteps which helped create the housing market bubble of 2007. Allowing unrealistic mortgage loans is history; the Government recognizes it. A mortgage loan is vital to the success of our housing market, Government is aware of the enormous problem the housing market faced; Government is vigorously drudging rectifying the problems keeping interest rates historically low.
Even if interest rates go … (0 comments)

real estate bolgging: Bad seeds. - 12/28/11 09:22 AM
It's not about “whether or not” the blog you just wrote doesn't go away; it's about the blog you just wrote. My point is, "don't" blog anything that is offensive or unethical, why would it matter whether or not the blog may not go away.
It's obvious the majority understands hate, elitist, and racism; society has very little tolerance for the minority that chooses such a destructive path. It’s not easy coexisting in society seeded with a few bad apples. The majority of us understands the easy principles of life; “live and let live” for the small few differing and go … (3 comments)

real estate bolgging: Well thought-out. - 12/28/11 06:17 AM
It’s a new perspective investing in real estate today.

Before you invest money, make sure you studied all the facts. Take into account the conditions of today's economy, bearing in mind long-term effects of your investment. Well-thought-out decisions plus taking advantage of the moment is the difference; and makes good business sense.
A bank owned apartment building was my first real estate investment. The only reason the bank owned the building was because of conditions; interest rates jumped up to 17%. Looking back I still own the building; it just happened to be one of the smartest decisions I ever … (0 comments)

real estate bolgging: What's that noise? - 12/27/11 08:54 AM

At last, home from a hard day of work, no one else's home. As you enter the kitchen about to turn the lights on, you freeze, standing still in your tracks.
Afraid to move, your muscles tense up and your heart pounds. This uncontrollable reaction is a natural shield of protection. The Sensory Cortex in your brain works protecting you, processing the event informing you what to do next. Identifying “the noise in the kitchen” is survival instinct. Deducing “if” the noise you heard in the kitchen was a real threat or not, it is what keeps us safe.

real estate bolgging: Get the facts. - 12/27/11 04:42 AM

There is no question “timing” makes a difference. How many times have you heard someone say “timing can make or break you”. Anyone waiting for the housing market to drop further is hurting themselves by waiting too long; get the facts about today’s real estate housing market in your area.
Chances are where ever you live your housing market has hit bottom. There's no question the big storm causing the 2007 housing bubble is over, history. I know, people “still” foaming at the mouth claiming the housing market still needs to correct; sorry for them the doom and gloom is … (4 comments)

real estate bolgging: Not real, let it go. - 12/26/11 10:12 AM
Losing perspective becoming tangled up in fear that’s not real? History proves insensitive behavior to others believing differently; religion proves this point best.

Is fear tricking you; ignorance isn’t a good reason to have bad behavior; awareness will help fight any thoughtless or misguided fears.
Fear is a natural instinct; it's the way to protect ourselves from harm. Unwarranted fear is initiated by disconnect or difference of an opinion. Fear can be camouflaged tricking a person into destructive behavior. If your perspective of fear is warped, fear will get in the way of a good life.
 Don't let fear … (6 comments)

real estate bolgging: Calling out the spades. - 12/25/11 11:58 AM
What happens when combining audacity with absurdity? People “thinking” it’s cool labeling others; in reality they are just really insecure.  It’s so puerile for others to be so officious “thinking” they're such the doyen.

Educate yourself and understand why people choose to belittle another person; recognize the cynical person manipulating unwarranted belittling or labeling of others. I wonder where translation gets lost for those who chose to belittle others, in grade school we learned the skill of being evenhanded respecting others with treatment you expect; we know it's wrong to belittle or disrespect others.
Growing up we were taught we … (0 comments)

real estate bolgging: Lunches gone worng - 12/22/11 02:36 PM
Lunch can be hard on the stomach.

At lunch yesterday my friend and I were sitting down with a group of peers. After lunch my friend and I couldn't believe how hard it was for us tolerate (Mr. “Iamsosmart”). It was mind blowing how this person was able to boundlessly think and talk for us.
I had to muster up, dig deep, and took the high road by “not” throwing up during lunch. Time after time this person seems to insist one thing is happening or may happen, while the rest of the table seemed confused and not feeling … (4 comments)

real estate bolgging: Taking advantage of the "American Dream" - 12/21/11 04:36 AM
Investing in United States real estate is a true safe heaven.

Russian billionaire takes advantage of the American dream, owning real estate. There is a reason someone has $1 billion to invest; odds are the persons pretty smart.
Russian billionaire Mikhail Fridmad owns financial conglomerate Alpha Group, is packaging a plan investing up to $1 billion on the East Coast of the United States. Fridman launches a real estate fund partnering with New York-based property developer and manager Rosen Partners to develop distressed properties from Boston to Miami are purportedly their main focus.
Fridman makes a brilliant quote. “The American … (2 comments)

real estate bolgging: Feeling tired? - 09/28/11 05:38 AM
Avoiding burnout, create balance!
First things first, find time to breathe. Using breathing techniques really helps your mind & body cope better.
Breathing techniques - By simply taking a few seconds and use simple breathing techniques will help create clear thinking.
Eating properly - Our body needs plenty of water, probably more than your drinking & good food/fuel is a must to achieve healthy living, and promote stability for your body.
Slow Down - I know it sounds simple but if you can achieve slowing down in all aspects you might enjoy the difference…?
Sleep well - If you are not … (0 comments)
