The BCI Foundationis an agency local to St. Charles, Missouri, that began in September of 1959. They currently employ more than 200 people with facility based jobs in its modern 102,000 square foot warehouse. An additional twenty adults are employed in various jobs throughout the community under the supervision of BCI personnel. One of the magical things about BCI, however, is that the adults employed are disabled, and the jobs that they hold allow them an opportunity to work in light manufacturing and repacking production lines, giving them joy, a sense of self-worth, and an income.
