I was thinking this morning what to blog about. I looked around and there it was........laying on my desk, a brochure I had just picked up from a rack at a grocery store in Pawleys Island. What a priceless day! My daughter, from Pawleys Island, SC, was baptized today! There are no words to describe the joy a mother feels when she watches as her child make a decision of this magnitude. I was filled full of joy and peace knowing that not only was she giving her life to Christ, but she would be watched out for not only by me, by her new church family, but through Christ, which is all she will ever need! I am so thankful for this day and thus my title, A speechless Sunday in Georgetown County, SC.

This is a very common problem and can be delaying the sale of the home on the market. Realtors can be in a very delicate situation when you KNOW your client desperately needs their home staged. You don't want to offend your client in fear of losing the listing or creating bad feelings. You need that client to believe in you! What do you do?? Bring in a home stager!!
