1) Rates. Interest rates remain at historic lows. Around 4.16 percent for a 30-year fixed mortgage rate, according to bankrate.com today. Most experts don’t believe rates will go lower. And, at some point, they will most certainly go up. The value of a low interest rate is huge on a 30-year loan....
