foreclosures: Are Real Estate Agents different than everyone else?

I was sent an e-mail from a friend this morning about a foreclosed house in Phoenix and five people were arrested. This was the headline "FOX 10 Exclusive: Real Estate Agent Loses Job; Sleeps in Foreclosed Home" I went ahead and went to the site (click here to see) to see what he sent me. The person that sent that to me was joking with me because we ran into each other the other day at McDonald's. We visited while eating lunch and we talked about how business was doing.
