law: Texting and driving no longer allowed in Arkansas! - 07/28/09 03:25 AM
Starting this Saturday, August 1, 2009 it will be against the law to be texting and driving at the same time in the state of Arkansas.  You will need to pull over if you wish to respond to someones text message, and we should.  There have been test done that state texting and driving is as bad as drinking and driving.

law: Are you in compliance with real estate law? - 03/20/08 01:53 AM
I know some of us are posting real estate listings in our blogs and hopefully doing it in the public section and have clicked on advertising.  If you're not doing this, then you are losing out on exposure of your listings.  But this is not the reason for this blog.
