brentwood: Maybe you should sell THIS year

I had a friend who mentioned they wanted to move next spring. They had a huge list of things they really thought they had do to their home before it would sell. My friend said, "But if someone would buy it for $xxx, we'd fill up 2 PODs and get it on the market this year!" When I did the comps, it was a VERY reasonable, marketable request. They really didn't need to do the upgrades they thought they needed. To be comparable to other homes in the neighborhood, they didn't have to change the bathroom fixtures. brentwood: Dinner - My worst Nightmare

I'm an Agent Mom. My three pregnancies brought me 4 children, with twin boys on the third go 'round. We are finally out of diapers and pre-school (a salary raise right there!) and fully in elementary school.
In my 20s, as a traveling software salesperson, my friends at work would definitely have voted me least likely to have a big family. tehe. But when you have children after 35, WATCH OUT! Your chances for twins escalate!
I love my family. I hate getting food for 6 people every night. HATE IT!!!!!!!
