Old Man Winter is dropping a little snow on us again here in the Murphy NC mountains. Tiny flakes are falling as I look outside my office window, but cold and snow doesn't stop us from working and it doesn't keep Buyers from looking either! Yesterday we were showing a gorgeous custom home on Lake Chatuge and the sun was shining and today we're off into the snow. Being a Realtor in the western NC and north GA mountains is always an adventure. Union County, GA has some great outdoor activities here in the North GA mountains and the Butternut Creek Golf Course is just one of them. These are the views of the course from the Community Center. We have our Northeast GA Board of Realtors monthly meetings here and the food is always fabulous.
The Community Center also has the Tourism/Pro Shop, The View Grill, Confrence Rooms and Banquet Room as well as the Union County Chamber of Commerce. A wonderful setting and venue for all occasions.

Just over the state line of NC and GA are Ducktown and Copperhill, TN. Great Homes and Land for Sale and of course there is always some great scenery along the way in these mountains.
